Right to Return
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The product must be in original, unopened packaging.
How to Return a Product?

- You'll receive a return form and return address
- Pack the product in original packaging
- Send the package to the provided address
- Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return
Return Costs
Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or you received the wrong product. In such cases, we cover the full cost of return.
Complaints
In case of a defective product, you have the right to file a complaint. Contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect. We process complaints within 14 business days.

Each order is carefully packed in special boxes with cooling inserts to ensure product freshness during transport. Products are arranged individually to maintain their perfect shape.
